Warships back

By Our Special Correspondent

NEW DELHI JUNE 13. Warships today docked at their bases near Mumbai after returning from forward patrolling near the Pakistan coast, Defence Ministry sources said today. The ships were ordered back on June 11 as a goodwill gesture on the eve of the U.S. Defence Secretary, Donald Rumsfeld's visit to the subcontinent.

The sources said a fleet of about 15 to 20 ships, including the aircraft carrier, INS Viraat, both from the western and eastern naval fleets have arrived at the naval bases.
