42 hurt as trains derail

Mirzapur June 15. At least 25 persons were injured as four bogies of the Swarn Jayanti Express derailed when a truck rammed it at an unmanned level crossing near Swarn Nagri railway station here today, Railway sources said. Five of the seriously injured were admitted to the district hospital.

At least 17 passengers received minor injuries when the Delhi-Varanasi Kashi Vishwanath Express derailed at the Suriyawan railway station on the Varanasi-Pratapgarh section early this morning.
