Inaugurating a State committee meeting of the party here today, he said that reports about the Central leadership contemplating such a move were baseless.The Committee, which undertook a three-hour discussion of organisational and other matters, decided to send a delegation to the Chief Minister, A. K. Antony, to complain about the law and order situation in the State. The party is alleging that law and order situation was worsening as was evident from the bomb attack for the first time on a woman in Kannur. The police were acting partially. Large sums of money was being brought to the State through the hawala route to support extremist activities.
