SSI only reviewing training business

CHENNAI JUNE 22. SSI Ltd. is only reviewing the need and synergistic value of keeping the education and technologies' divisions as one entity, given the changed industry environment. Therefore, there is no move to call off education and training business as has been published in the business pages dated June 22. SSI, it is stated, is considering various options. Running each of the businesses through separate companies, restructuring and/or reorganisation are among these options. As such, closing down the education and training business is ruled out.
