Kerala varsity to promote language study

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM June 22. The Vice-Chancellor of Kerala University, B. Ekbal, has said the University will give emphasis on the study of languages and research in languages, using the latest developments in technology.

He was inaugurating a language lab at the Department of Hindi here on Friday.

As part of providing increasing focus on language studies, the university was offering such courses as communicative Hindi, functional Arabic and Communicative English.
