Letters to the Editor
Sir, It appears that the Cauvery River Authority or the Prime Minister will not be able to solve the problem. If there is one person who can end this imbroglio, it is the Congress president, Sonia Gandhi. A positive action on her part would enhance her status as a national leader and at the same time, turn round the sagging fortunes of the Congress in Tamil Nadu.
K. Srinivasa Raghavan, Chennai
