MiG crashes

MOGA JUNE 26. A MiG-23 fighter plane of the IAF Halwara station, on a routine sortie, crashed into a paddy field on the outskirts of Kishanpura Kalan village in this district today, police sources said. The pilot, Flight Lt. Bharat Kumar, bailed out and escaped with injuries in the crash which occurred at around 7.45 a.m.
