No work for 3 judges

Chandigarh June 30. In a fall out of the job-for-cash scam involving the former Punjab Public Service Commission Chairman, Ravinder Pal Singh Sidhu, three judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, whose names reportedly figured in confessional statements of some alleged touts in the scam, have not been allocated any judicial work from tomorrow.

The Joint Registrar of the High Court, R.K. Sharma told PTI today that judicial work has not been allocated to Justices A.S. Gill, M.L. Singhal and Mehtab Singh Gill in the court duty roster as per directions of the Chief Justice, A.B. Saharya.
