TNLA, TNRT banned under POTA

NEW DELHI, JULY 2 . Three more organisations, the Tamil Nadu Liberation Army (TNLA), Tamil National Retrieval Troops (TNRT) and the Akhil Bharat Nepali Ekta Samaj (ABNES) have been declared unlawful under the Prevention of Terrorism Act (POTA), 2002.

According to a release from the Home Ministry, the three organisations were found to be involved in terrorist activities and the ban slapped on them would be effective immediately. With this as many as 32 organisations have been declared unlawful under the POTA.
