Vantel Tech's telecom solution

HYDERABAD: Vantel Technologies has come out with an automated voice, e-mail, and data monitoring and interception solution for telecom service providers, called `Vantel Call Monitoring Systems (VCMS).' It has been installed at some switches of Tata and HFCL, according to J. V. R. Prabhu, President. Talks were on with Lucent for bundling it with Lucent switches. Mr. Prabhu said they expected to meet the America Company for Law Enforcement Act standards by next year.
