Sir, In view of the ever increasing congestion in important express trains on the Chennai-Visakhapatnam route, the South Central Railway has been generous enough to introduce a new weekly express train (6005-6006) between the two cities. But in the list of stations where the train is to stop, Samalkot, which is the gateway for Kakinada, headquarters of East Godavari district, has not been included. I request the Railway authorities to make Samalkot a halt for this train.
