Court allows Vaiko to vote

CHENNAI JULY 12. The Madras High Court has directed the State authorities to enable the MDMK general secretary, Vaiko, arrested under the POTA and lodged in the Vellore Central Prison, to cast his vote at Chennai in the Presidential election to be held on July 15.
