By Our Staff Reporter

NEW DELHI JULY 16. Latest intelligence inputs show that not only the Laskhar-e-Taiba but the Pakistan-backed Hizb-ul Mujahideen too is planning to target the Presidential candidate, A.P.J Abdul Kalam.

Dr. Kalam is in the Asiad village here in the past few days. Security in the area is being reviewed on a regular basis.

The Special Commissioner of Police (Security and Operations), S.K. Kain, said that security at Dr. Kalam's residence and at the places of his visits had been stepped up.
