NEW DELHI, JULY 24. The Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (MTNL) today announced entry into the Internet long distance telephony. ISD calls to the U.S. and the U.K will now cost just Rs 4.80 per minute. The service would be available from Personal Computer to phone for 168 countries in the brand name ``BOL-ANMOL''. The tariffs for the U.S., the U.K., Canada, Singapore and Australia have been fixed at Rs. 4.80 per minute for an ISD call from PC to phone in these countries, the MTNL CMD, Narinder Sharma, said.
