By Shujaat Bukhari SRINAGAR JULY 30. Two Amarnath pilgrims were killed and five persons, including a local, were injured when militants hurled a grenade at their vehicle in Anantnag this afternoon. The `yatra' was suspended for some time even as 63922 pilgrims had darshan at the cave since July 22. The taxi on which a grenade was hurled in Anantnag today, killing two Amarnath pilgrims, was part of a convoy of about 15 vehicles carrying pilgrims for onward journey to Pahalgam. The convoy was escorted both at the front and back by CRPF men. The targeted vehicle was in the middle of the convoy. The victims were identified as Ajay Narula and Kuldip Kumar. Four injured pilgrims were hospitalised. Senior police and civil officers were camping in the area to ensure protection of the rest of the pilgrims. Security forces have cordoned off the area and started searches. Nearly 64,000 pilgrims have had ``darshan'' of the Shiv Lingam since the pilgrimage began on July 22.
