Gas leak: one killed, 11 hospitalised

PUNE JULY 30. One person was killed and 11 others took ill following a gas leakage at a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit of a private firm, at Pimpri near here today.

According to the police, some employees who had inhaled the gas were admitted to a local hospital in Pimpri.

Police ruled out chances of the gas spreading to other localities. The operations of the plant was immediately suspended. _ UNI
