Parent's offer for Kodak India's stake

MUMBAI: Kodak has announced its intention to acquire the outstanding 25.23 per cent minority stake in its subsidiary, Kodak India, through a voluntary offer of Rs. 350 per share in cash, subject to statutory approval. This offer values the minority at 12.9 million pounds (Rs. 98.82 crores).
