9 terrorists shot dead

Kathmandu Aug. 11. Nine terrorists were among 10 persons killed in operations by security forces across the country, the Defence Ministry said today.

Five Maoist rebels were shot dead on Saturday in an attack on their hideout in Khalyad area of Mugu district. Two armed rebels were killed in Soru area of the same district in a separate encounter, the Ministry said.
