'Hope they are not empty promises'

New Delhi Aug. 15. The Congress president, Sonia Gandhi, today said the economic projects announced by the Prime Minister, Atal Behari Vajpayee, in his Independence Day speech should not be "empty promises". "I hope the promises are not empty promises," she said, reacting to the Prime Minister's Independence Day address to the nation.
