Coke divestment

New Delhi Aug. 16. The U.S. cola giant, Coke, today announced divestment of 49 per cent stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., in favour of bottlers, employees and private investors.
