Kashmiri Pandits' call for conscience vote

NEW DELHI AUG. 17. The All-India Kashmiri Samaj, apex body of Kashmiri Pandits in the country and abroad, today said the community must exercise their franchise "according to their conscience'' in the coming Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. The samaj, at its national executive here, said political parties, which were serious on stabilising the situation in the State, should accord priority for the return of Kashmiri Pandits.
