Haas moves up

OMMACK AUG. 22. Tommy Haas had a lot more to celebrate than his second-round victory at the TD Waterhouse Cup tennis. The defending champion beat Raymond Delgado 1-6, 7-6 (4), 6-4 on Wednesday, hours after learning that his father had taken his first steps without crutches since a motorcycle accident in June.
