Sir, The recent incident of two inebriated Indians misbehaving on a Kuala Lumpur-Chennai flight is one among the many such happening frequently. Being a regular traveller on the sector, I have witnessed many such incidents of uncivilised and uncultured behaviour by Indians. Surprisingly, under Indian law the culprits are let off after being fined just Rs. 1,500. Under Malaysian law, the culprits would either have been jailed or flogged in public.
