PATNA AUG. 29. In a major success in the drive against Ranvir Sena, the banned private militia of landlords in Bihar, police today arrested the outfit's chief, Brahmeshwar Singh Mukhiya, who masterminded more than 500 killings and carried a reward of Rs. 5 lakhs on his head. — PTI
