Petrol, diesel prices hiked

New Delhi Aug. 31. The State-run oil companies today announced up to 22-34 paise per litre increase in the retail selling price of petrol and diesel, effective from midnight tonight.

While petrol prices have been hiked by up to 22 paise a litre, diesel prices would go up in the range of 29 to 34 paise a litre.
