Sheila Dikshit for snap poll?

New Delhi Sept. 6. Signalling its intention to take on the Vajpayee Government for its move to curb the powers of the Delhi Government, the ruling Congress party today sought a special session of the Assembly to discuss the matter, and the Chief Minister, Sheila Dikshit, did not rule out the possibility of going in for snap polls.
