Sir, This is with reference to the article ``Fraud by ordinance'' by Rajeev Dhavan (Sept. 6). In the Electoral Ordinance of 2002, the voters right to know about the assets and the educational background of candidates has been deleted. The declaration would be within the four walls of Parliament or State Assemblies. Unless the media exposes the assets of MPs or MLAs, the voters cannot know about it.
