Inflation dips to 3.46 p.c.

NEW DELHI SEPT. 15. The inflation rate dropped by 0.13 per cent to 3.46 per cent for the week ending August 31 even in the face of a steep rise in the prices of vegetables and other primary food articles.

The annual rate of inflation stood at 3.59 per cent for the previous week and 4.93 per cent a year.
