Pak. hands over suspects

ISLAMABAD Sept. 16. Pakistan is believed to have handed over one of the key suspects in the September 11 terrorist attacks, Ramzi bin al-Shaiba, and four of his associates to the U.S.

Reports from Karachi said Ramzi and his associates had been flown out of Pakistan.
