Sir, The Vishwa Hindu Parishad State secretary, Dilip Trivedi's statement that the organisation would distribute copies of Narendra Modi's speech for creating awareness as part of a population control programme simply celebrates ethnic cleansing as the emergent norm of governance in Gujarat. What kind of evidence does the judiciary require for prosecuting Mr. Modi for violating every tenet of the Constitution?
