Ex-Manipur MLA shot at

IMPHAL SEPT. 21. Nodiyachand, a former MLA, was shot at by armed persons near Lamphel morgue area in Manipur's Imphal West district today. He was rushed to the Regional Institute of Medical Science for treatment, official sources said.
