Godhra: 7 more chargesheeted

Godhra Sept. 21. The police today filed chargesheets against seven more accused in the Godhra train case of February 27 in a railway court here. The 11,487-page-long chargesheet names 303 witnesses with the charges against each of the accused running to an average of 1,641 pages.

With this, chargesheets have been filed against 62 out of 73 persons arrested so far in the case. Meanwhile, the process of attaching properties of 34 absconders, who failed to appear before the court, was in progress.
