New Delhi, Sept. 25. µA Delhi court has issued non-bailable arrest warrant (NBW) against the underworld don, Abu Salem, in a case of conspiracy to kill rival gangster Babloo Srivastava in 1998. Acting on an application moved by the investigating officer, the Additional District and Sessions Judge, S. S. Bal, issued the open ended warrant, which does not have any time limit for execution, on Monday.
