7-day deadline for Iraq

New York Sept. 28. The U.S. and Britain have proposed a draft resolution which sets a seven-day deadline for Iraq to declare all its programmes of weapons of mass destruction and to provide U.N. weapons inspectors access to sites including the President, Saddam Hussein's presidential palaces failing which ``all necessary means'' would be used against Baghdad, the New York Times said.
