Panic near American Center

Kolkata Oct. 9. Tension mounted in front of the American Center here early today when policemen were alarmed by the presence of three ``moving shadows.''

The DCP (HQ) refused to give any importance to the incident. However, there was no ``significant threat'' to the Center, sources said.
