U.P. Cabinet expanded

Lucknow Oct. 11. The U.P. Chief Minister, Mayawati, today carried out the much-awaited expansion of her Ministry, inducting 57 new members, 12 of them of Cabinet rank, 16 Ministers of State with independent charge and 29 Ministers of State.
