Benazir offer

By B. Muralidhar Reddy

ISLAMABAD Oct. 11. The former Pakistan Prime Minister, Benazir Bhutto has said that her party was willing to work with the President, Pervez Musharraf in forming a new government, provided he agreed to abide by a ``system'' to be mutually worked out after consultations.

In an interview to BBC, she said from her self-exile in London, ``to work with a military dictator, who trampled upon the Constitution, is very difficult for me. However I would like to add a caveat that if there were a law I would like to ask my party to work within that law and I would like to ask Gen. Musharraf to respect that law".
