Aussies drub Pakistan

SHARJAH Oct. 12. Australia won the second cricket Test against Pakistan by an innings and 198 runs on Saturday, taking an unbeatable 2-0 lead in the series after bowling the opposition out for 59 and 53.

The defeat was humiliating for Pakistan, which lost the series with its lowest Test score of 53 runs in 24.2 overs having scored the previous lowest the innings before.

Earlier, opener Matthew Hayden stroked his ninth Test century. Australia resumed its innings at 191 for four with Hayden on 74. He was the ninth man out at 310.
