Quattrocchi's plea rejected

Kuala Lumpur Oct. 21. In a major setback to the Italian businessman, Ottavio Quattrocchi, a Malaysian High Court today dismissed his application for a judicial review of the extradition proceedings against him to bring him to India for trial in the Bofors case.

A Judge ruled that Mr. Quattrocchi's application for a judicial review of the extradition case, filed against him in the sessions court, was premature.— PTI
