Sinha blames Pak.

GWALIOR OCT. 21 . The External Affairs Minister, Yashwant Sinha, today held Pakistan responsible for repeated postponement of the economic affairs-related meeting of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC).

Talking to reporters, he said SAARC members had agreed to convert South Asian Preferential Trade Agreement (SAPTA) into South Asian Free Trade Agreement (SAFTA) and implement it immediately, at the last SAARC conference in Kathmandu in January this year.

On extradition of Bhopal tragedy accused Warren Anderson and underworld don Abu Salem from the U.S. and Portugal, he said India would explore all legal channels. Since India did not have extradition treaty with Portugal, there were problems in Salem's extradition.
