Letters to the Editor
Sir, After keeping our neighbour on tenterhooks for 10 months, our soldiers now return home from the borders all the way victorious in more than one way. Wars can be won even without actually fighting it out as the present deployment has proved. The successful completion of elections in Jammu and Kashmir is our greatest achievement. So much so that the separatists seem to have become totally irrelevant in the post-election Kashmir. Our withdrawal of troops after the accomplishment of `mission Kashmir' has been truly a great victory of which we all can be proud of.
Raghubir Singh,
