R K Sharma chargesheeted

New Delhi Oct. 25. The Delhi Police today chargesheeted the suspended Haryana Inspector-General of Police (Prisons), R.K. Sharma, for conspiring to murder the Indian Express journalist, Shivani Bhatnagar, in 1999.

They filed a 50-page chargesheet in the court of the Metropolitan Magistrate, J.P. Narayan, alleging that Sharma and the five co-accused conspired to murder Shivani in her apartment on January 23, 1999. — UNI
