The AICC said here this evening, that "on the request of the coalition partners, Ms. Gandhi has consented to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the new government in Srinagar on November 2''. The Congress is yet to decide on who would hold the three key posts that have come to the party in the coalition arrangement. According to the Congress spokesman, Abhishek Singhvi, the decision on who would be the Coordination Committee Chairman, the Deputy Chief Minister and the Speaker had been left to Ms. Gandhi.
