15,393 cusecs released

MYSORE OCT. 29. The outflow from the Krishnaraja Sagar Reservoir (KRS) near here was recorded today at 15,393 cusecs, official sources said. The inflow into the reservoir was 6,104 cusecs and the reservoir level was 109.77 feet as against the maximum level of 124.80 feet.

While the discharge into the river bed was 11,816 cusecs, the quantum of water being released to the canals was 3,577 cusecs. This works out to more than 1.25 tmcft.
