The Saran District Magistrate, Vaidyanath Mishra, and the Superintendent of Police, Kundan Krishna, said the engine of the Gwalior-Barauni Express rammed into the guard coach of the Jan Seva Express between Kopasamhauta and Tekniwas stations on the Chapra-Siwan section under Varanasi division of North Eastern railway. The Railway Minister, Nitish Kumar, said the driver and assistant of the express train were still missing.
