JAI launches website

BANGALORE Nov. 6. The Jockeys Association of India has launched a website of its own www.jockeysindia.com. The website will be a one-stop source for all information regarding Indian jockeys community and its role in horse racing.

"We wanted to have a transparent forum to put forward the views of the jockeys. Most of the public do not understand the difficulties and hardship under which jockeys race'', JAI President Sinclair Marshall said in press release.

The website features former greats, history of racing in India, evolution of races and people behind them, race courses and personalities and other allied subjects.
