Mr. Antony is leaving for Mount Abu on Thursday for the two-day conclave, which is held once in six months. The meeting will review the performances of the Congress-led Governments in various States. Coming as it does in the backdrop of the good show the party put up in Jammu and Kashmir, the meeting is expected to formulate a national perspective to several issues affecting the States, including economic reforms and financial problems of the Congress-ruled States. Several other issues specifically related to good governance related to each of the Congress-ruled States would also be discussed.
