Return tickets must for Indians visiting UAE

DUBAI NOV. 8. Indians seeking a visit visa to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will get it only if return tickets are attached with their applications. The UAE has introduced a new rule making return tickets mandatory for Indians seeking visit visas, the Gulf News has reported.

The new law has been enforced by the UAE Immigration Department, which has asked individuals and firms wanting visit visas to submit copy of the return ticket.

However, the prior purchase of return ticket was compulsory to obtain a visit visa to the UAE and a copy of the travel document had to be attached to the visa application form. — PTI
