EC seeks report on 'yatra'

Rajkot Nov. 12. The Election Commission today asked for a detailed report on the planned VHP `yatra' starting from Godhra next Sunday.

The Chief Election Commissioner, J.M. Lyngdoh, accompanied by the two Commissioners reviewed the poll preparedness and the law and order situation here on the second day of their visit to the State. Any decision on it would be taken after getting the report, he said.
