'Pak. cannot set deadline'
Seoul
Nov. 12.
India today said Pakistan's plan to set a ``deadline'' for it to respond to the proposed summit of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) would not work.
``Nobody can set a deadline. The SAARC works on the basis of consensus,'' the External Affairs Minister, Yashwant Sinha, who is here to participate in the second ministerial Conference of Democracies, said.
